Our Karate classes are highly structured with a focus on disciplined fun, fitness and self-defense techniques. Your child will learn:

Discipline 
It is said that Karate begins and ends with discipline and respect. Our classes are taught in the traditional manner that requires the kids to listen, watch and follow instruction. Our Dojo Kun (school rules) sets clear boundaries and expectations. 

Fitness 
Classes are based on basic moves for core and leg strength, fighting combinations for stamina. Your child will get physically fit and gain the mental toughness that will help them in every area of your life. 

Fun 
Although the class atmosphere is strict and ordered, Karate lessons are taught using a mixture of both serious and fun drills. The kids love to roll and tumble, play tag and experience fun physical challenges.
